Two level Apartment with Lake View

Our two brand new apartments are next to to the swimming pool and less than 50 m from the lake.
Equipped with all comfort! they consist of a bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with a bunk bed ( for two people ), bathroom with washing machine, shower and bidet, terrace and a large living room with Sat-Tv and Air conditioning, with kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave.
At disposal for free barbecue area, bike racks and water to clean your bike: private service only for the two apartment above the swimming pool.

The price includes: Cleaning service, Air conditioning, use of the outdoor fitness, heating, sat-TV, Wi-Fi, parking, use of swimming pool with compulsory swimming cap (heated pool when outside temperature requires it), bed linen and towel rentals (changed weekly), use of the barbecue area and internal safety box.

CHECK IN:
From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (from 19 July 2025 to 6 September 2025 and during holidays)
We will have the pleasure of welcoming you at the Camping from 10:00 am. If your room is not yet ready, you can deposit your luggage, park your car and start enjoying your day.
If you need to check in between 18:00 and 21:30, no problem! Just select the "late check-in" option when booking.

By 10:00 a.m.
By 09:00 a.m. (From 19 July 2025 to 6 September 2025 and during public holidays)
After you have vacated your room, you can still stay in the hotel, enjoying all the facilities, at no extra cost!

CANCELLATION'S POLICY:
Check-in date between 04.04.2025-17.04.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, 100% of the amount of the reservation is required.
Check-in date between 18.04.2025-20.04.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 14 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, payment of 100% of the reservation is required.
Check-in date between 21.04.2025-29.04.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, payment of 100% of the reservation amount is required.
Check-in date between 30.04.2025-03.05.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 14 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, payment of 100% of the reservation amount is required.
Check-in date between 04.05.2025-27.05.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, payment of 100% of the reservation amount is required.
Check-in date between 28.05.2025-18.07.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 14 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, payment of 100% of the reservation amount is required.
Check-in date between 19.07.2025-05.09.2025: A non-refundable payment of 15% of the total reservation amount by instant bank transfer within 24 hours of the reservation date is required at the time of booking. Failure to pay within the stipulated time limit (24 hours) will result in cancellation of the reservation, with no obligation for the facility to relocate.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur additional penalties.
Upon reaching 30 days prior to the check-in date specified in the reservation, non-refundable payment of the remaining 85% of the total reservation amount by instant bank transfer is required. Failure to pay within the stipulated limits will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with no obligation for the facility to relocate.
Check-in date between 06.09.2025-27.09.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 14 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, 100% of the amount of the reservation is required to be paid.
Check-in date between 09.28.2025-11.10.2025: reservation fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Once this limit is reached, payment of 100% of the reservation amount is required.

**Children are considered to be children up to the age of 12.
